All the seniors after interview three. |
1. What is the most important thing I learned from the interview?
- The most important thing I learned from this interveiw is that being a CSI encompasess, a whole ton of skills and abilities. That I did not think of beforehand. CSI's come from a variety of backgrounds, and the most important thing that is going to help you advance your career in the Forensic Field is a hard science degree, and experience.
- My approach to interviewing has changed alot over the course of the year. I treat the interviews more of as a relaxed conversation, whereas my first interview I just read off a piece of paper and didn't look up. I have also found that making eye contact with someone while you are interviewing them will keep them talking along, and it won't seem like they are boring you. Just little polite mannerisms that I do, I've found I get more in length answers to my questions.
